すべてのお客様に安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用について、以下の点につきましてご協力をお願い申し上げます。
・外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えください。
・モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、以下のような場所でのご使用はお控えください。
・直射日光の当たる窓際
・ベッドやシーツ、カーテンなど可燃性の素材の上
・充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにも、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。
ご滞在中の客室清掃時に、上記のような状況が確認された場合には、安全確保の観点から、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Request Regarding the Use of Mobile Battery Chargers
Thank you very much for choosing Sendai Kokusai Hotel.
In recent years, there have been reports of accidents involving mobile batteries, such as smoke emissions or fire, both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms, as outlined below:
・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries while you are away from your room (e.g., when going out).
・When charging your mobile devices from a mobile battery, or when using the room’s power outlet to charge a mobile battery, please avoid placing them in the following locations:
o Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
o On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains
・During charging, to prevent any potential accidents, please ensure that the device is placed in a location where you can monitor it at all times.
If our housekeeping staff finds a mobile battery in any of the situations mentioned above during room cleaning, we may relocate the device to a safer location for precautionary reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
